What is included in the price?
Delivery of the equipment, set up, safety briefing, pack up and collection.
Which areas do you deliver to?
We deliver to most postcodes in and around the Teesside area including Darlington, Hartlepool, Redcar, Yarm, Stockton On Tees and more.
How long does it take to setup a Disco?
It takes around 25/45 minutes to setup our Disco equipment. If you have ordered a bouncy castle as well please allow time for setup when you are booking.
What time will the bouncy castle be delivered and collected?
Our usual delivery times for day hire is between 8am and 11am with collection from 4pm.
Customers can choose preferred delivery and collection times however these are only approximate and you should contact the team if specific times are required once you have made your booking.
Can bouncy castles go onto hard surfaces?
Inflatables can go inside on hard surfaces but please check space requirements. Any out door hires must be on grass for saftey reasons.
What preparations should I make before taking delivery of the bouncy castle?
Our bouncy castles are delivered on a sack trolley and we require a minimum clear access of 3ft wide.
Please ensure that any paths leading to the area where the Bouncy castle is to be erected are clear and that the proposed site is reasonably level, free from obstacles, stones, sharp objects, dog mess etc, and is not excessively muddy. If there are any overhanging trees or bushes encroaching on the proposed site, these will need to be pruned back prior to our arrival.
The unit cannot be sited where any side of it brushes up against shrubs, trees, fences etc. Barbecues must not be sited within 25 feet of the inflatable for obvious safety reasons.
We will unfortunately have to refuse bookings for sites that are unsafe/unsuitable, but full payment will be required if we arrive onsite and cannot set-up for any of the above reasons. Please see our Terms and conditions for more information.
Do you fully install your equipment.
Yes, we do everything for you before leaving you with a safety brief to ensure you understand how to operate or bouncy castles, hot tubs and everything else.
Do you fully install the Hot Tub?
Yes, we do everything for you. We deliver and fully install the Hot Tub and safety mats ready for use. We will give you written safety instructions and go through them with you. We will fully dismantle and collect all equipment at the end of your booking.
How long does it take to set up a hot tub?
It takes us approximately 45 minutes to install / collect our equipment depending on the ease of access. It then takes a further 2 to 3 ours for our customers to fill with water. Unless we connect to your warm water supply all hot tubs take around 20 to 30 hours to heat up.
How long does a bouncy castle take to set up?
It takes us approximately 20 / 30 minutes to install or collect our equipment depending on the ease of access and amount hired.
Can I collect the bouncy castle from you?
No. We need to set-up and collect the bouncy castle ourselves for health & safety reasons and insurance constraints.
Do you hire castles overnight?
We offer over night hire in some cases. if you would like to hire over night then please contact the team.
How far in advance should I book?
Booking early is highly recommended, especially during the summer months and especially on weekends and bank holidays. However we can occasionally meet demands on the day. If you need to make a last minute booking please call us, as we will always try to help.
What happens if it rains?
Most of our castles have fully fitted shower covers however, in the event of bad weather, we will contact you to establish if it is safe to proceed with the hire. If your bouncy castle booking is cancelled in these circumstances you can choose to reschedule for a future date.
How much room will I need for the bouncy castle?
The dimensions of each castle are quoted on this website, As a general rule, please also allow for 4ft to the front of the castle for the positioning of safety crash mats (which are supplied as standard with every bouncy castle hire), 4ft to the rear of the castle for the inflation fan, and 4ft to either side for clearance. If sited outdoors, there should be no overhanging branches within 3ft of the top of the castle. If sited indoors there should be at least 2ft clearance between the castle and the ceiling / lights. If you are at all unsure, please call us for further details.
What about an electricity supply for bouncy castle?
We will need access to mains power electricity within 25 metres of the site.
What about an electricity supply for hot tub?
As the pump needs to be plugged in at the mains (to stop extension leads tripping out) the power supply would need to be withing 6 metres
Can you set the bouncy castle up on a patio or driveway?
No, for safety reasons any inflatable sited outdoors must be sited on a reasonably flat grassed area so that it can be securely staked to the ground.
Can you set the bouncy castle up in a hall?
Yes, All of our bouncy castles are suitable for indoor use in halls. Always enquire with the hall you are booking as to the size of the room and the height of the ceiling.
Do you hire adult bouncy castles?
We are still growing our stock and Adult Castle's are coming soon
Do you offer bouncy castles for hire for fetes & fairs?
Yes, we do hire bouncy castles and inflatable slides for fetes, fairs and events. Please contact us for more details.
Do you have Public Liability Insurance?
Our equipment is supplied under protection of a Public Liability Policy, which is subject to the terms and conditions of hire agreement, of which you will be required to read and sign on the day, as YOU, the hirer, are responsible for supervision at all times.
Do you belong to any Trade Associations?
We are active members of a number of trade associations including TIPE (The Inflatable Play Enterprise), BIHA (British Inflatable Hirer's Alliance) and also BCN (Bouncy Castle Network), all of which encourage best practice within the bouncy castle hire industry.
You will be required to read and sign the terms and conditions of hire agreement, as YOU, the hirer, are responsible for supervision at all times.
If I need to clean the castle what can I use?
Our bouncy castles are thoroughly checked and cleaned prior to every hire. If it is necessary to clean any soiling prior to us collecting at the end of your hire, only use hot soapy water (washing-up liquid) to clean the castle. Chemical cleaning agents must NOT be used. It is important to clean any marks made quickly. Face paints for example must be cleaned off immediately whilst they are still wet, if not the face paint will permanently stain the castle. Wet Wipes can be safely used for this purpose. You will be charged from £50.00 if the castle is dirty when collected.
What type of area do I need for a hot tub?
A flat area approximately 2.5 metres by 2.5 metres is required for a hot tub.
Do I need an outside tap?
We can use an outside tap or connect to your inside taps. We have adequate hoses and connections to suit either.Please ask for further details around which indoor taps we can connect to.
How long will the hot tub take heat up?
Hot tubs can take 20 to 30 hours. We can provide tap adapters so you can connect a hose to your warm water supply and recommend this as the best way to setup a tub.
How does the hot tub stay hot throughout my hire period?
We plug it into your electricity supply. The cost is approximately 70 pence per day depending on your tariff.
How do I drain the hot tub after use?
We Drain the hot tub for you as part of the service. We use a pump that will drain your Tub in approximately 20 minutes.
How are the chemicals managed for the hot tub?
We provide chemicals needed for your hire. We explain this process during installation and leave you with detailed chemical instructions.
How long does it take to set up and fill?
Setting up usually takes about 25 minutes and filling usually takes up to 2 hours depending on your water pressure and the size of tub you go for..
Can hot tubs be hired during winter months?
Yes, they are great in summer because of the sun on your face but we think they are even BETTER in winter! Experience the contrasting cold air and hot water for yourself. We hire out our hot tubs all year round.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are covered with £5 million public liability insurance by Leisureinsure LLP.
Are the hot tubs clean?
Cleanliness and hygiene is our number one priority. Our tubs and filters are thoroughly cleaned and sterilised after each use. We are so confident in our pledge that during installation we ask each customer to look and agree to the condition of the tub before signing our hire agreement.

How do I pay?
A non-refundable Booking Fee of 20% (rounded up to the nearest fiver) is required at the time of booking to secure your order, with the balance to be paid in cash on delivery (as our drivers cannot accept cheques or card payments).
Do I need to show any identification?
We do ask customer to provide photographic ID on arrival and the hirer should be avaiable at the time of delivery to sign our disclaimers.
Do I have to be over 18 years of age to make a booking?
Yes
Cancellation Policy:
If WE have to cancel your booking due to adverse weather conditions you will be refunded in full. If YOU have to cancel your booking please contact us and try to give us as much warning as possible, as we may be able to hire the bouncy castle(s) out to someone else. Please be aware though that the 20% Booking Fee is non-refundable.
