BOUNCY CASTLE HIRE
Deposit: Please note that we require a minimum £20 deposit to secure your booking. Payment can be made via bank transfer or via the website when booking and must be received within 48 hours to secure your booking date. Once your deposit is paid the amount will be deducted from your final payment.
Please note: The deposit amount is per booking and not for each inflatable/equipment you book.
Payment Terms: The remaining balance is to be paid on delivery of the equipment in cash. We will accept cards, transfers or cheque payments in advance of the date if they have cleared for the hire date.
Your deposit is non refundable however can be transferred if you wish to change your hire date or equipment. This includes if you pay in full for your booking, any over payments, or cancelled event payments at our discretion.
It is the hirers responsibility to check the space required for their chosen inflatable and ensure there is enough space provided, this includes the ceiling height to the lowest part in indoor venues.
All sizes are on each inflatable description. On delivery, if the inflatable will not fit in the space provided the hirer will still be charged the total outstanding amount of the hire. We cannot be held responsible if the inflatable does not fit. All required sizes are clearly shown on each description
Cancellations within 7 days of the hire date are subject to a 25% charge of the total hire charge. This is to cover costs already laid out for your booking such as admin fees, the reserving of the equipment for your event which is unlikely to get hired out now and staff commitments which will now have to be paid for regardless of whether your event goes ahead or not.
Cancellations within 72 hours of the hire date are subject to a 50% charge of the total hire charge. This is to cover costs already laid out for your booking such as admin fees, the reserving of the equipment for your event which is highly unlikely to get hired out now, the testing and organising of your entertainment, vehicle & generator hire and staff commitments which will now have to be paid for regardless of whether your event goes ahead or not.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the delivery time right up to delivery will be subject to 100% charge of the total hire charge. This is to cover costs already laid out for your booking such as admin fees, reserving the equipment for your event, the testing and organising of your entertainment, loading up, vehicle & generator hire and staff commitments which will now have to be paid for regardless of whether your event goes ahead or not.
This includes cancelling due to the equipment not fitting - All sizes, dimensions & ground types are clearly displayed on our website. Should we arrive on the day and the items not fit in your chosen venue or event area or the ground be deemed unsuitable, your order will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee to cover cost already laid out for your booking mentioned above. No exceptions. We will try our best to provide an alternative or accommodate the relocation of the entertainment, however, our event staff will only have a finite amount of time allocated to your booking and must keep a tight schedule in order not disrupt other bookings on that day. All payments made will be treated as a booking fee and as such, non refundable
Weather - If your booking is outdoors and bad weather conditions occur on your hire day (heavy rain/high winds etc.) we may need to cancel your booking due to health and safety risks, if this occurs then your deposit can be transferred to another date within 12 months of your hire date.
Delivery times Customers can advise preffered delivery and collection times however usual delivery times for all day hires are between 8am and 11:30am with collection between 4pm and 7pm. You must call at least 48 hours before your hire if you need specific times of drop and collection and we will advise if we can accomadate.
To setup in public or private areas outside your home we must receive proof of permission from the Land owner.
INFLATABLE HIRE
Saftey in paramount and as a hirer you agree to all terms and conditions along with the guidance below.
You, the HIRER are responsible whilst hiring any inflatable to ensure that all possible steps are taken to avoid injury or damage to the Inflatable.
Please ensure that the following Safety Instructions and guides are followed: We strongly advise that you seek your own liability insurance if you are concerned about the cover this contract allows.
1. Please ensure no adults use children's only Castles. Please ensure you adhere to how many users should use any inflatable based on size. The age limit on children's inflatables is 12 and adult inflatables is 65.
2.No food or drinks or gum to be allowed on or near the inflatable Bouncy Castle which will avoid choking and damage (Please note if the Inflatable is collected in a dirty condition or damaged then the person hiring it will incur a cleaning and, or repairing charge)
3.All footwear, glasses, jewellery, badges MUST be removed before using the inflatable.
4.No face paints, party poppers, streamers, silly string or ink based products to be used either on or near the Bouncy Castle.
5.No smoking or cooking equipment near the Bouncy Castle.
6.Important! Climbing, hanging or sitting on walls is DANGEROUS and under no circumstances should this be allowed.
7.A responsible adult must supervise the inflatable at all times. Alcohol or any other substance is forbidden whilst using or supervising the castle.
8.Make sure that the Bouncy Castle is not overcrowded, and limit numbers according to the age and size of children / adults using it. Try to avoid large and small children from using it at the same time.
9. Prevent Horseplay, Please ensure children are not pushing, colliding, fighting, or behaving in a manner likely to injure or cause distress to others. Somersaults are strictly forbidden as these are very dangerous on this type of equipment.
10.Do not allow anyone to bounce on the front safety step as a child could easily bounce off the inflatable and get hurt. The step is there to assist users in getting on or off.
11.It is essential to ensure that no-one with a history of back or neck problems, or any bodily injuries that may be vulnerable to accidents is allowed on the inflatable and also any child who is feeling unwell should not be allowed on the castle.
12. Do not allow anyone to be on the inflatable during inflation or deflation as this is DANGEROUS.
13.No pets, toys or sharp instruments to be allowed on or near the inflatable
14.Please ensure that users are not attempting somersaults and are clothed appropriately and that nothing can fall out of their pockets.
15. Ensure there is a clear area 3 feet (1 metres) around the unit is completely clear. THE BLOWER SHOULD BE AT LEAST 1 METRE AWAY FROM THE INFLATABLE.
16. Any inflatables used outdoors will be anchored down and connected to a power supply. Do not attempt to move/relocate any inflatable once setup.
17.In the event that the blower stops working, please ensure all users get off the inflatable immediately and contact CDL LEISURE 01642 989880.
18. The bouncy castle should not be used if it becomes wet/slippy on the jumping area. In the event of heavy rain, it is strongly recommended that the bouncy castle is not used. Any wetness, including bubbling (which is normal) can be dried with a towel once the rain has stopped.
19. No inflatable should be used in wind or gust over 24mph (when small tress start to sway. Please ensure in winds or gust over 24mph the inflatable is switched off.
Please note that all persons using this inflatable do so at their own risk. The person/s or organisation hiring this Inflatable equipment will be responsible/liable for any damage or injury occurring from or as a result of misuse or reckless use.
These instructions are for the safety of all people using this equipment, and it is the sole responsibility of the hirer to ensure they are fully adhered to at all times.
Our company cannot accept any responsibility for any injury caused to anyone using any equipment.

Hot Tub Hire Rules
Anyone prone to fainting, fits, epilepsy, heart conditions, high blood pressure, breathing problems or who is currently pregnant should not use hot tub for their own safety.
- Do not allow children in the tub unsupervised.
- Do not use and extension lead for you pump. It must be plugged into a grounded suppoly at your main connection to prevent over heating.
- Do not have any electrical objects near the hot tub.
- Do not use the hot tub whilst under the influence of Drugs or Alcohol
- Do not use glasses of any description in the hot tub. Plastic glasses are suitable.
- Do not use the hot tub if you have an infectious disease.
- Do not enter the hot tub with clothes on, only wear suitable swimming attire.
- Do not enter the hot tub with footwear on or any other sharp objects.
- Do not allow animals near the hot tub
- Do not dive or jump into the hot tub.
- Do not sit on the sides of the hot tub
- Do not sit on the hot tub cover.
- Do not stand, sit or place anything on the motor housing.
- Do not use the hot tub if pregnant
- Do not use the hot tub after strenuous exercise
- Do not under any circumstances try to move the hot tub once installed.
- Do not empty the hot tub to clean unless we have agreed to prevent damage to the hot tub.
- Do not drain down the hot tub at all unless you have spoken to us and we have agreed.
- Do not remove suction fitting covers or the fixtures, this is to prevent risk of injury to body and/or hair entrapment
- DO NOT operate your spa if the suction fitting(s) are broken or missing. The suction fittings in the spa are sized to match specific water flow created by the pump. Never exchange a suction fitting(s) with one rated less than the flow rate marked on the original suction fitting(s).
- Do not run the lay-z-spa massage whilst the cover is on as this may cause a vacuum.
- Do not use your spa alone
- Do shower before entering the hot tub.
- Do put something down to wash or wipe your feet on before entering the hot tub.
- Do clean the filters as instructed.
- Do keep the water level topped up as instructed. Do not allow the water level to drop below the top of the filter.
- Do add chemicals as instructed. (see attached sheet)
- Do keep the thermal cover on when not in use.
The hot tub hire company will not be held responsible for any damage, injuries or death resulting from the misuse of our hot tubs. We will also not be held responsible for any damage caused by the hot tub to lawns, patios or decking or any water damage to anything whatsoever. It is your responsibility to make sure nothing gets damaged. You must contact CDL LEISURE immediately for any issues that may arise.
We cannot hire and setup in an insecure location such as front garden for hot tubs. All hires must be secured in an area uneasy to access from public foot paths or roads
You must exercise caution to prevent unauthorized access to your spa. Ensure your spa cover is securely fastened when spa is not in use. There is NO GUARANTEE that the cover, actual lock or clip tie downs will prevent access to your spa.
In the winter months if you have finished using the spa it needs to be left switched on to prevent freezing pipes.
do not allow the water to exceed maximum fill line. Any damage caused to the hot tub will need to be paid for and if your deposit does not cover the replacement of the part cost and you do not willingly pay for it then we will pursue a claim in the small claims court.
No more than 6 adults in the tubs except the MONACO or ST MORITZ which is 8 adults in the hot tub at any one time.
Limit the time spent when using your spa since long exposures at warm temperatures can cause high body temperature. Symptoms may include dizziness, nausea, fainting, drowsiness, and reduced awareness, resulting in possible drowning. Prolonged immersion in a spa may be hazardous to your health.
Spa water temperature should never exceed 104°F (40°C). Temperatures between 100°F (38°C) and 104°F (40°C) are considered safe for healthy adults for up to twenty minutes. For young children, lower water temperatures are recommended. Check with your doctor.
Consult your physician before using your spa, especially if you suffer from heart disease, diabetes, high or low blood pressure, a condition needing medical treatment, pregnant women, infants or the elderly.
You will be shown how to maintain the water and keep it clear for pleasant bathing. If you do not follow our instructions and the water becomes dirty which in turn clogs up the heater pump then we will not be held responsible for the hot tub cutting out and not working correctly. If we are available and only if we are available we will come out to fix such issues at a fixed call out cost of £50 to you the customer.
Please take care of all accessories hired with the Spa to ensure they do not get damaged..
Please be at home for delivery. Hire Periods The hire period is the dates shown on the hire. There is a minimum hire of 3 nights. At the end of the hire period, goods not made ready for collection will be placed back on hire for a further hire period at the same hire charge. You are responsible for the extra charges when we ask for them, to include any additional costs incurred. Customers who are not available to drop off will not be refunded there deposit.
The customer will inspect the hot tub with our delivery agent and note and sign for any damage on the equipment, this will be noted on the hire agreement. You the customer become responsible for the hot tub when you receive it – please take extra care to stop any sharp objects from being around or in the hot tub and prevent people from jumping in or on the Hot Tub.
You must leave the hot tub plugged in and switched on at all times for the filtration and heating system to work. Extension cables cannot be used with Lay-Z-Spas. The Lay-Z-Spa pumps come with a 7 metre cable which is usually sufficient for customers to reach their nearest grounded socket with RCD protection. We will need a drain close by to empty the hot tub at the end of the hire period. Or be aware that there will be a considerable amount of water to dispose of.
You are responsible for the supervision of the Hot Tub use at all times and are at least 18 years of age..
Cancellations If you cancel that your deposit will be forfeited and held for upto 12 months to use another date. Accidents / Injury The customer acknowledges that the use of the hot tub is at the hirer's own risk, CDL LEISURE LTD will not be responsible or held liable for any accidents, injuries or death under any circumstances.
We will not be liable for accidents, injuries, or death caused by misuse of our tubs under any circumstances whatsoever, this includes falling over on wet surfaces or falling in or out of the hot tub. We will not be responsible for any damage to property. Pregnant ladies must not use the Hot Tub or seek doctors advise first, anyone on medication must consult their doctor, any health concerns (heart, respiration, high blood pressure, skin conditions) consult your doctor before Hot Tub use.
