As members of several trade bodies, including BIHA (British Inflatable Hire Association) and TIPE (The Inflatable Play Enterprise) We also hold public liability insurance protecting both ourselves and our customers to the sum of £5 million.
WET WEATHER GUARANTEE - If it’s raining on the day of your party and you don’t want the castle, just call us before 9am on the day and we can arrange an alternative date. Booking fees are transferable up to 1 year - Should the weather forecast be unsafe we will advise you the evening before and review again in the morning.
